“Blossoming with Florence Grace” is… well. I never know how to describe it! I’d call it a business, but I don’t make money from it. It’s kind of like a creative outlet, my way of giving back to the world, and an attempt to make the world a better place.
Blossoming with Florence Grace – or just Blossoming, for short – is dedicated entirely to learning to love yourself.
Whether you’ve been learning to love yourself for a while, feel like a pro, or are just starting out on your journey, there’s room for you in this little gang.
It doesn’t matter about your age, gender, race – self love is for everyone, and that means Blossoming is too.
So what actually is Blossoming with Florence Grace?
Lemme break it down for you…
Blossoming with Florence Grace – the ins and outs
There are three key elements to Blossoming – the newsletter/mailing list, the podcast and our social media channels.
Via these platforms we reach out to and communicate with our audience in different ways.
The aim is always to encourage and help other people to learn to love themselves, the way that I have learnt to love myself.
I have been asked time and time again for advice, for help, to guide others on their self love journey. I decided it was about time I did what I could to help as many people as possible – for free!
As I have said, this isn’t a business. I don’t make money from it, and right now, I don’t plan to.
Everyone deserves to love themselves, and the basic tools to help them to do this should be free.
I’m not denying that if the opportunity to make money arose, I would take it. However, this would only be via advertising or sponsored opportunities, not from my audience accessing the tools.
My podcast and newsletter will always be free – always!
One day, I hope to write a book, and obviously that will cost to purchase. But this is something in addition to the free tools that I plan to provide to everyone, forever! Hopefully that doesn’t make me too much of a hypocrite…

Blossoming with Florence Grace: The newsletter
The Blossoming newsletter comes out once a month, usually (depending on my life schedule!) during the last weekend of the month.
The newsletter is always jam packed with content. To be honest, at 16 pages long, it’s more of a mini zine! I love putting it together as it allows me the opportunity to be really creative. Previously, I ran my own magazine and I really miss doing it, so the newsletter allows me to do that kind of thing again!
Recently, I’ve started giving away free phone wallpapers with the newsletter. Now, I’m trying to find other ways to give back to my subscribers. What freebies can I send out with a newsletter?!
I also feature the “Blossoming Babes of the Month”. This is a selection of people who have been using the Blossoming hashtags across social media. More on that later…
Along with this there are think pieces, trending topics of discussion, posters for printing and more.
In between the monthly issues, I have now started sending weekly emails out on a Friday. There’s usually a bit of chit chat, a reminder about the latest podcast episode and then the Blossoming Babe of the Week. More on this later…
It’s basically a giant monthly dose of self love (and body confidence!) If that sounds right up your street, you can subscribe right here! (Why not tell a friend too?

Blossoming: The podcast
Starting a podcast was super exciting for me. Presenting is what I do best, and whilst I wait for a radio job to fall into my lap (lol) doing a podcast is the next best thing!
The podcast is released every other Monday and discusses a range of in depth, self love related topics. Previously we’ve covered:
- Using social media on your self love journey
- Learning to love yourself: Where to start
- Fitness and Health in relation to self love and body confidence
And more!
The podcast is available on all major podcast platforms, including Spotify and Apple Podcasts! In fact, you can even ask Siri to “play the podcast Blossoming” and she’ll bring it up!
Amazing.
If you want to listen to the podcast, or follow so that you never miss an episode, you can do so right here.
Blossoming: Our social media
I won’t lie, social media is definitely the weak point of Blossoming.
There is an Instagram and a Twitter account but it’s so hard remembering to keep them updated alongside my own social media, the newsletter and the podcast.
Instagram is definitely more active than Twitter, and we have more of a community on there! Either way, though, we use the same hashtags across socials, to interact and engage.
Use #BlossomingMe and #GrowWithFlo to get your photo shared on our own feed, to get featured in the newsletter and to be selected as a Blossoming Babe of the Week! The BBotW is an outstanding member of the community who I feel needs highlighting. Make sure you use our hashtags in your self love pictures so you are included for selection!
Use the hashtags on Twitter to have conversations about the things discussed in the podcast and newsletter.
You can follow us on Instagram here and on Twitter here.

Blossoming: The future
So what do I want to do with Blossoming next?
Oh, I’ve got plans. I have got PLANS.
I want to eventually start doing a weekly podcast, instead of fortnightly. At the moment I’m still finding my feet with it all, as well as balancing time. However, eventually, I want to be able to do that!
I want to also get other people involved – both in the newsletter and on the podcast! I want to interview some of my biggest icons, some huge self love inspos and so on. At the moment it’s all very “me, me, me” and I think it would be good to break it up a bit!
I also want to get 500 subscribers to the newsletter! I’m not even at 100 yet lol so it’s a way off but… dream big, am I right?!
And again, in the future a bit further away… I want to write a book.
The idea of Blossoming was originally just a book (the email I set up for my accounts is blossomingbook@gmail.com lols) but I thought it would be a while before I could achieve that. Instead, I set up the newsletter and the podcast. Hopefully soon enough, a book will be in the pipeline.
Again, you gotta dream big, right?!
So what are you waiting for? Get involved!
I just want Blossoming to grow and grow! All I want is to help as many people as possible learn to love themselves. Life really does get better when that happens!
If you want to get involved, here’s what you can do:
- Subscribe to the newsletter/email list
- Send the subscription link to a friend you think might be interested in Blossoming
- Listen to the podcast (leave a review, follow on Spotify, all that jazz)
- Share the podcast with someone you think might enjoy it
- Follow us on social media @blossominguk
- Use the hashtags #BlossomingMe #GrowWithFlo on your self love posts
- Got a story to tell or something you want to discuss? Let me know and you could feature in the newsletter or on the podcast!
I’m so excited for the future of Blossoming and hope to have as many of you join the gang as possible!
Love from, Florence Grace
