All products, services and events that I review on this blog or one one of my social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, Pinterest) are done so with a totally honest, unbiased opinion. All sponsored posts will be marked with ‘AD’ in the title of the post. There may also be an additional disclaimer at the bottom of the post.
Pre-written blog content may be used on this blog. It will only be considered if it matches the niche of The Mum Behind the Magic and matches audience interests.
Products sent to me for review will not be returned unless this has been agreed prior to the review.
I cannot guarantee every product sent to me on a gifting basis will be reviewed unless agreed prior to receiving the product. I will always endeavour to feature any gifted items on my Instagram stories but cannot commit to a timeframe for this, but I am not obligated to review any products if there has been no prior agreement to do so.
If the company providing a product or service is seen to be doing something that could bring my brand (“The Mum Behind the Magic”) or me personally (“Florence Matthews”) into disrepute during the review period there will be no review. Examples of this include, but are not limited to, a brand discriminating against a minority group (including race, gender, sexuality, body type), a brand appearing to bully another brand or individual across their social media platforms and a brand stealing content, products or ideas from another smaller business.

Items sent to me and events attended by me are not subject to a deadline or specific time scale unless previously agreed as part of the contract.
